Role Description
  • We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with 8-12 years of experience in project management (excluding PMO roles).
  • The candidate should have comprehensive project implementation experience, particularly in Legal or PPM systems for large organizations.
  • Experience in managing global stakeholders is crucial, as is direct experience in leading a team of over 10 cross-functional members across various vendor organizations.
  • The candidate should have completed at least two full implementation projects for large IT systems, taking full accountability for the projects.
  • She/he needs to be based out of the Bangalore office for most working days and should possess excellent communication skills.
  • Candidate should have experience in proactively identifying potential project risks and issues, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.

Experience
  •        8-12 years of Project Management experience
  •       Experience managing Project Financials, Budgeting, Cost Benefit Analysis and
  • Business Case preparation.
  •        Familiar with status reporting, stakeholder management and risk management
  •        Experience in creating Project Plans
  •        Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Trainings
  •        Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus but not mandatory.
