We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with 8-12 years of experience in project management (excluding PMO roles).
The candidate should have comprehensive project implementation experience, particularly in Legal or PPM systems for large organizations.
Experience in managing global stakeholders is crucial, as is direct experience in leading a team of over 10 cross-functional members across various vendor organizations.
The candidate should have completed at least two full implementation projects for large IT systems, taking full accountability for the projects.
She/he needs to be based out of the Bangalore office for most working days and should possess excellent communication skills.
Candidate should have experience in proactively identifying potential project risks and issues, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
Experience
8-12 years of Project Management experience
Experience managing Project Financials, Budgeting, Cost Benefit Analysis and
Business Case preparation.
Familiar with status reporting, stakeholder management and risk management
Experience in creating Project Plans
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Trainings
Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus but not mandatory.
