IT Project Manager
Contract Role:6-12 Months

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with 8–12 years of hands-on project management experience (PMO support experience will not be considered). The ideal candidate should have strong end-to-end project implementation experience in large enterprise environments and proven capability in managing complex projects involving global stakeholders and multiple vendor teams.
This role requires ownership of project delivery, governance, risk management, and executive-level reporting while ensuring successful execution within scope, timelines, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project implementations for enterprise IT systems.
- Create detailed project plans, define milestones, and track progress effectively.
- Drive strong project governance, reporting, and communication with senior leadership.
- Manage cross-functional teams (10+ members) across multiple vendor organizations.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and ensure alignment across business and IT teams.
- Proactively identify project risks and issues, define mitigation strategies, and escalate when required.
- Manage project financials, budgeting, cost tracking, and business case preparation.
- Ensure delivery adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards.
- Provide regular status reporting and executive updates.
- Work effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
Required Experience & Skills
- 8–12 years of core Project Management experience (excluding PMO-only roles).
- Proven experience delivering at least two full-cycle implementations for large IT systems with complete accountability.
- Strong expertise in:
- Project planning and execution
- Governance and senior management reporting
- Stakeholder management (including global stakeholders)
- Risk identification, management, and escalation
- Budget management and financial tracking
- Experience leading large cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects in dynamic environments.
Nice to Have (Optional Skills)
Exposure to S2P (Source-to-Pay) or procurement-related systems.
Experience in Legal systems or PPM (Project Portfolio Management) platforms.
PMP, CAPM, or equivalent Project Management certification.
